Nov 8, 2016 The 39th Day Hi Ed, At this moment, I wonder what are your thoughts about the on going 39th day? I wonder if now we can have a chance to break out the cycle? Thanks,	Thank you for raising this issue. In my book, Govopoly in the 39th Day, I present my assimilation thesis, namely: how the Govopoly System assimilates the Free-Competition Sector. In this regard, I see little difference between what the various political parties can accomplish. They all have to deal with a national debt we cannot repay, debilitating impediments for people who wish to competing against Govopoly businesses and an enormous differential between domestic (USA) and foreign wage rates. You might expect to see further erosion of the American standard of living as it equalizes with the rest of the world. In the near term, this might manifest as more unemployment. Protectionist strategies tend to exacerbate the situation. Long run, you might look for more price bubbles as prices work their way higher. Alternatively, restoration of the Free-Competition Sector might take about 20 years of government austerity - not likely.
Nov 8, 2016 Wants to Learn More Hi Ed, I'm a follower of your work and your wisdom resonated ever since reading Jack Schwager's Market Wizards. I'm from Vancouver, Canada, and see that there aren't any Canadian trading tribes. I"m interested in starting one. I copy and pasted the instructions shown on the website, but wonder how do i get a TTID? Is the first step getting a copy of your materials first? A little about myself... What I get out of the market are the following: 1) I get to use many of my natural talents (pattern recognition and system creation, processing information and human excellence to name a few - time flies by and I truly am engrossed in my passion 2) I love the human performance aspect - I get to practice consciousness, awareness of my ego, and programming myself to continually improve. I have a passion for human excellence. 3) I get to create wealth for my family and my community. I see myself making a 7 figure income (and possibly more) from trading and I truly feel blessed to do what I love and also have the freedom to spend time with my family. I have also committed to tithe 10% of my profits to charity. 4) I even get to write poetry to re-program my mind to become a better trader. I wrote a neurolinguistic poem called 'Trader's Creed' to get me into the right mindset for trading. it's part of my morning ritual. Thanks for taking the time to read this! Nov 4, 2016 Reno Hello Ed, I am a trader from Minden, NV and recently started listening to the trend following podcasts from Michael Covel. One of those I listened to was an interview of yours. I am intrigued and encouraged by what you had to say and would very much like to join a Trading Tribe group. In researching your meeting locations it looks like the closest one is Sacramento. Listening to another podcast ... it sounded like he mentioned you and he live in Incline Village. I was wondering if there any ongoing support groups (not listed on your website) in the immediate area that I might be able to join? Thanks for all you do for guys like me trying to solve this incredible puzzle! Also, enjoyed your whipsaw song on you tube. Does your band play much in the area?	Thank you for sharing your process. I have been busy on system design and CTA series 3 test preparation and stopped local Tribe meeting for few month. I am planning a local Tribe meeting in November. Nov 2, 2016 Site Down Hi Ed: First time writing to you. . . How are you doing? I haven't seen an update to the chart books since the 28th of October, just wondering if you are doing well. I would like to thank you for the tips I've discovered in your words and on your website. I've experienced several epiphanies recently regarding trading, & I believe many of them pertain to you. Hope you're getting what you want out of the market! :) Sincerely,	Thank you for sharing your process and your concerns about me and the chart service. I notice a number of recent incidents around my website. For example, one day my site goes down. My ISP (Internet Service Provider), GoDaddy, informs me my account has an "app pool" problem, specific to me only. They fix it directly. A week later, GoDaddy removes my entire website from Internet during a migration process. This time, they say they may need a week to fix it. I consider this a natural manifestation of some of my own recent work on <self expression>. I now have my voice back, through a backup site on Site Ground, another ISP.
