Jun 28, 2022 Trading System Project Hi Ed, Your TSP page for me, is like a puzzle, driving me to figure it out. I want to know how it is, I want to test it. These years, I am committing to develop a full-fledged trading system and committing to learn all necessary skills and knowledge. I learn Python by myself, read classic books on trading and trend following, read FAQ in your website. I learns lots of things and I feel good to keep learning and going. I really enjoy the joy of this journey. I feel great passion inside my body and I let it go and guide me. Hereby I send you a backtesting result of SR system that trading 35 futures markets, as attach. My purpose is simply to test and see profitability of a simple SR system you post on TSP page. Yes, like you said on TSP SR system page, simple SR trend system indeed works!! I am very interested in other topics on TSP page, and I think I can study them and test them efficiently, on the foundation of the simple SR trading system I have already programmed. Jun 6, 2022 The Trading Tribe Appears in a Book Hi Ed, I am not a trader, but I have been fascinated with the trading world for many years and have a couple of acquaintances who have attended Trading Tribe meetings. I first learnt about The Trading Tribe process in 2009 and really love the principles and ideas. I've also been a big Ayn Rand fan since I first read Atlas Shrugged in college. Anyway, the reason I am writing you is that I am currently writing a novel about a man who runs a bank's hedge fund. It is based on Bear Stearns during the 2006-2008 collapse. Like the hedge fund managers at Bear Stearns, he is indicted. During that same period his romantic relationship goes south and he loses his mom to cancer. He also had a difficult relationship with his father. During the year he is awaiting his trial (2008-2009), I have him fly out to northern Nevada to attend The Trading Tribe ... or The Trading Club. Whilst he is attending he also meets and befriends a very cool woman, who he eventually falls in love with. Basically, he finds himself and learns how to navigate the markets without getting caught up in the noise of Wall Street. I was wondering if: a) I could use the title The Trading Tribe for my novel and b) I could pick your brain a little bit about Tribe meetings for authenticity sake. It won't take very long as I'm sure your time is limited. I could just send you a list of questions. Also, I would be happy to send you what I have so far.
