Endurance

Hi Ed,

A year ago March I saw an article about Shackleton's Endurance being located on the sea floor off of Antarctica.

About the same time I also felt shipwrecked and adrift on the ice when the FAQ’s seemed
to be taking a pause but for me I was unfortunately without a banjo.

Thank you for your kind words.

Choral Director

Hi Ed,

Once upon a pre-pandemic time I played solo guitar for a social group garden party -- a picturesque scene in a gazebo by a lake.

Last month they asked me to reprise for this year's party. I agreed.

A few weeks later, they said someone wants to sing and could I accompany her. I agreed.

A few days later, they said, actually it's two people. OK. We scheduled a brief rehearsal. Eight people showed up.

A solo gig had morphed into an amateur chorus! Oh, and by the way, they now want to sing not one, but four songs, two in Chinese. They couldn't really start or finish together, so by the end of the rehearsal they appointed me as conductor and choral director!

We performed yesterday in the gazebo by the lake and all went well. Thank you for the guitar gift.

Performance by the Lake

BTW, REITs are so out of favor, they are trading 30% below NAV on average. I bought some that have begun to change trend.

best regards,

Thank you for sharing your adventure.

I gather you teach them how to perform and they teach you how to negotiate by the little-bit-more method.

Thank you for keeping the dust off the guitar strings.

Wants to Trade

Hello dear Ed,

I live in San Diego and found myself passionate in Futures trading.

I don’t want to write a long admiration story.

I just wonder if there is a way of getting mentorship in exchange of something reciprocate I can do for you.

Sincerely,

Thank you for sending me your offer to trade.

I wonder what you have in mind to offer.

Trading System Project

Good Afternoon...Glad to see some additions to the TSP project.

I like the article on Core Position sizing. but perhaps I need to re-re-read the material in the TSP article about Core Position Sizing.

Under the discussion about CAGR should the gold and blue lines be reversed? on page 5 and perhaps on page 6 as well..?? Or tell me to re-read and grasp what is there...

And the Top graph on page 7.. the gold should say Proportional "CORE" Sizing??

perhaps this has been addressed....

Also.. I see that Elon Musk is building in Bastrop County.. Has he been invited to Banjo Point for some pickin' and a grinning??

Thank you for reading carefully and for catching the color inversion issue.

I have a copy of your email going to the author.

Nice Catch !

Elon has his place about ten miles up the river from mine. So far I don't recall seeing him float by.
